Shipping & Delivery

So…. you chose your dream piece, placed the order, our nestors advised you of the estimated expected delivery date.  ‘Now what?’ You might ask.

Once the order arrives, we will contact you to set up a suitable delivery time. 

​

Our well trained and experienced Nestors will deliver your furniture on the appointed day, at the appointed time, assemble the furniture on site in the location of choice at your home, remove all delivery packaging and wish you long enjoyment of your new addition to your home. 

​

The safety of our customers and our team members is our top priority. We take safety measures and follow all standard operating procedures adhere to the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We do want you to be delighted with the products that you buy from Nesting, if you do change your mind, you can return your purchase to us, in its original condition upon delivery.

 

If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. We are unable to refund or exchange your items if they are not faulty, found to be modified from its original form when purchased, dirty, stained, or damaged after purchased.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

We do not refund or accept returns on matresses.

Please notify your personal Nestor upon items delivery immediately about return and refund.
